Systematic Deviations of Maschines
Machine tools and coordinate measuring machines inevitably show systemic deviations that result from inaccurate manufacturing of the guideways, aging, elastic deformations etc. For machines with three Cartesian axes, these deviations can be measured accurately by our revolutionary method TRAC-CAL and fully compensated.

The following animations show the single error components. The error components are listed with the respective abbreviations from the standards (VDI 2617/ISO 230-1).
Deviations of the X-Axis:
Position deviation in X-direction (XTX, EXX)
Straightness deviation in Y-direction (XTY, EYX)
Straightness deviation in Z-direction (XTZ, EZX)
Roll around X-axis (XRX, EAX)
Pitch around Y-axis (XRY, EBX)
